 SITE VISIT TO SAWADA VILLAS ON 12TH AUGUST 2009.
PRESENT:

5.) Mr. Philip KOLA - Project Quantity Surveyor;
6.) Mr. Kartar Singh – Contractor.
The promoters and SHAF delegation went round the project to appreciate progress which was at an advanced stage. The completion may occur in November 2009. The project is targeting middle income class. The marketing is well advanced and they are going to hold an open day at site which will boost the sales. SHAF mission proposed that the project be part of the planned Shelter-Afrique publicity plan that is under discussion with the ministry of Housing Minister in Kenya. This is planned for the month of September 2009.
The promoters were requested to submit a more detailed marketing report which comprises of the names of buyers, their age and their approximate monthly incomes. This will help SHAF in doing its statistics in the housing sector.
